New website design…

Morning!

As you can probably tell, the new site design has been launched. Harnessing the Power of Social (or some such bollocks), I met Caroline Duffy (@duffyc) through Twitter. Caroline is “a Cardiff-based professional freelance graphic designer, magazine designer and illustrator” who kindly agreed to re-design this site for me. I’m an IT guy but I’m more “techie”, if you catch my drift, and so I needed help. I was very impressed with her website and portfolio so I contacted her. From there, it was plain sailing.

Working with Caroline is a joy. We had an inital meeting (over coffee at Chapter Arts Centre  – none of that office bullshit) to get to know each other and for her get a feel for what was required. Caroline seemed to know intuitively what I was after and the whole process was not only completely hassle-free but also enjoyable as she’s great fun to work with. She showed me some ideas, we made a couple of tweaks, and she nailed it.

I’m sure you’ll agree that the end result is pretty cool. If you need a professional, thoughtful, talented, easy-to-get-on-with designer, she’s your gal.
